Our friends group of 6 booked this culinary cooking experience in Catagena with Chef Romario in Sky Kitchen. We have a fantastic time! Romario was a great teacher and taught us cool techniques using local ingredients. The resulting Colombia meal fabulous. The setting was exquisite and peaceful at the same time. We love doing cooking experiences in various cities, and this was truly one of the best.

Summary:
We had a great session with Chef Juan, creating wonderful specialties of Cartagena cuisine. It was an intimate setting of just us and the chef and his assistant on the second floor of the school, made more cozy by the thunderstorm and rain coming down into the open courtyard that day.
The specific dishes were each quite delicious and filling. We had been to many very good restaurants in the area and in all honesty what we made in the class was every bit as good. We would recommend skipping desayuno if taking the 11:00 class, and then have a siesta after!
